Monday, Star Fox has a remake coming soon to Switch 2. Tuesday, “cozy semi-idle gardening sim” Greenhearth Necromancer is out now. Wednesday, “Fallout x Cooking Simulator” Doomsday Diner got a trailer and details revealed. Thursday, Skills & Raids has an open playtest, and Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar is coming to PlayStation and Xbox. If you knew how busy this week has been, you’d think that was a light news week. Also, those with an Amazon Prime subscription, this month’s (not the cloud gaming one) Luna offerings were covered late last week.

Onto this week’s offering on the Epic Games Store, and I hate when these sales come along. We’ll start by pointing out that you can still pick up Arranger on the Epic Games Store mobile app for Android globally and iOS in the EU. This one is available until the 21st of May.

Moving on to the proper offerings this week, we’ll stick with mobile, kind of. More of a social game meant to be played with friends on a couch via your phone, Sunderfolk has recently gotten its 2.0 update with keyboard-and-mouse support, a new hero, new missions, and normal update stuff like bug fixes. I’ll be honest, I don’t understand the appeal of Secret Door’s 2025 release. It is a form of digital D&D, and I think there are better ways to play that with friends elsewhere.

The second offering isn’t much better. Officially titled The Telltale Batman Shadow Edition, this is a bundle of both Telltale Batman series with the monochromatic filter DLC for both games. It isn’t truly monochromatic, of course, it does that Sin City, Schindler’s List thing, where the majority of the scene is in black and white, but occasionally greens, reds, and blues will be highlighted against the contrasting backdrop. It is still Telltale’s Batman from 2016 and its sequel series, The Enemy Within, from 2017, though. The problem isn’t the offer itself, but rather the Batman games it contends with.

All this week, you can pick up both The Telltale Batman Shadows Edition and Sunderfolk offerings on the Epic Games Store for PC until the 21st of May. You can also still pick up Arranger on the Epic Games Store for mobile until the same date. It is another mystery week again next week, as the Epic Games Store Mega Sale is on. If you’re looking for something on the “cheaper” end, I’d suggest Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration at under $5. Looking towards $25, I’d suggest Cairn, or if you haven’t played it yet, Claire Obscur: Expedition 33 is $40.
