In the words of Aqua: “Come on Barbie, let’s go party!” At least, that’s the plan anyway. With all sorts of collaborations on PowerWash Simulator and PowerWash Simulator 2, it was only a matter of time before Mattel and our favorite Blonde lady of many jobs hit the stage.

On December 3^rd, PowerWash Simulator 2 will be getting the PowerWash Simulator 2: Barbie Pack. Thanks to an announcement from developer FuturLab, the collaboration with Mattel will be coming to all major PowerWash Simulator 2 platforms. Here is what the press release says about the announcement:

“UK developer and publisher FuturLab and Mattel, Inc., a leading global play and family entertainment company and owner of one of the most iconic brand portfolios in the world, are excited to announce the release date for PowerWash Simulator 2 Barbie™ Pack. The new content pack will release on 3 December 2026 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™ 2, and PC.

The colourful new content update invites players into the world of Barbie to make everything sparkle, bringing together the relaxing gameplay of PowerWash Simulator 2 with the colours, textures and iconic style of one of the world’s most recognisable icons.

From a Dream Camper™ to the Barbie®  DreamHouse™, players will be able to powerwash their way through five colourful new jobs inspired by Barbie playsets. And what would a Barbie adventure be without the perfect accessories? Get cleaning with a custom Barbie power washer and character, bringing a distinctly pink twist to the PowerWash Simulator 2 experience.

The Barbie™ Pack is designed with bright colours, embossed plastic, smooth surfaces, and playful details that make every clean-up a satisfying experience, with plenty of playful nods to Barbie playsets along the way. Whether cleaning solo or teaming up with friends in co-op, players can take Barbie out of the box and get to work making her world sparkle.

Just when you thought Barbie had tried every job under the sun, this Barbie is a powerwasher!”

While I may never be asked to play Wheelchair Ken in Barbie 2, I can pretend to be the power-washing gay house-husband next door in this update. So, that’s good enough for me. December 3^rd isn’t too far away, so add this to your wishlist if you haven’t already.
