Atlus & Otaku Launch Persona 30th Anniversary Collection

Atlus is in the midst of a ton of fun Persona celebrations as the franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary. We’ve had vinyl releases, updates on the two new projects, Persona 4 Revival and the upcoming Persona 6, and now some killer merch. Otaku, a leader in video game clothing, is collaborating with Atlus to launch a clothing collection that celebrates all entries across the series’ five major games. If you’re in the market for a new jacket, hoodie, sweats, or more, and you are a Persona fanatic, this is a dream lineup. Here’s a sneak peek at what’s part of the collection.

The collaboration, which launches today, features keystrap and keychain bundles, lamps, apparel, and more. Apparel will be available for pre-order starting October 26th and will ship in February 2027, while all other items are available for immediate purchase. A few standouts for me include some of the hoodies and track jackets. Small details like guns as zippers for Persona 3 or the Joker mask for Persona 5 are nice touches that fans will have a hard time passing up.

Japan’s top clothing brands are driving a lot more video game clothing collaborations today. For example, UNIQLO, which has storefronts across the US and sells online, keeps releasing new lines with Super Mario, Pokémon, and other video game mainstays. You might be tempted to leave Persona out of the conversation for massive IPs like the others mentioned, but look: it’s been 30 years. Over those three decades, the series has shipped more than 30 million copies of its games. For a highly stylized turn-based JRPG, that’s well worth a cool clothing launch like this.
