I feel like, since the Animal Crossing: New Horizons – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition news broke, I’ve been thinking about the game non-stop. That includes preparing for how I will take advantage of the new additions in both the Switch 2 version and the Ver 3.0 update. The latter of which is free, and certainly worth another handful of hours with my most-played Switch game of all time. If you’re eager to unlock the unique villagers from The Legend of Zelda and Splatoon via amiibo, we’ve got you covered. Here’s how you’re going to do that and what figures you’ll need for each of the four special characters.

Amiibo That Can Unlock The Legend of Zelda-inspired Villagers Tulin and Mineru

Thanks to a Nintendo web page in Japan, we now know that certain amiibo will be eligible to unlock the unique villagers previewed in the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Switch 2 Edition announcement.
