Doctor Who Series 4 “The Fires of Pompeii” – Review

I was hoping this would have been later in Donna’s run with The Doctor, but here we are. This is why I don’t like Donna’s character. The whiplash you get from her first three episodes is like listening to my music playlists.…

Helheim Hassle (Switch) Review

OK, I admit it. I love weird, morbid, and strange games. I thoroughly enjoyed Manual Samuel by developer Perfectly Paranormal, with its strange mechanics and morbid theme. I enjoyed it so much, I jumped at the chance to review their newest title,…

Watch Dogs: Legion (Xbox One) – Review

Hands down, without a shadow of a doubt, I loved Watch_Dogs 2. Did I give it a 10 out of 10? No, because it doesn’t deserve it, though it is probably one of, if not the best game of the 2010s for me. It…

Agatha Christie: The ABC Murders (Switch) Review

Okay, I’m going to out myself for a minute here (insert closet joke, haha). Aside from knowing the name Agatha Christie and knowing that she wrote mystery novels, I know next to nothing about her work. Yes, I get it, my Millennial…

Vigil: The Longest Night (PC) Review

Vigil: The Longest Night is an intriguing, if slightly rough around the edges, debut title from Taiwanese developer Glass Heart Games. It has some interesting ideas at its heart and delightful creature and environment designs that will likely get me coming back…

Lovecraft Country Episode 10 Review: “Full Circle”

Warning: This article contains discussion of homophobia, transphobia, death, suicide, and spoilers for Lovecraft Country. Lovecraft Country‘s season 1 finale has come and gone. As it ends, it leaves us sitting on the other side of a wild ride of trauma, grief,…
