Admittedly, the original Greedfall is one of those games that I keep getting recommendations for and haven’t played yet. Lots of people have suggested it to me, and I had no clue that the sequel was in Early Access either. Now, it seems that fans will be able to get ahold of pre-orders for Greedfall II, as well as a full release very soon.

You can pre-order Greedfall II: The Dying World now, ahead of a March 10th PC release date. Greedfall II: The Dying World will also be available on consoles on March 12th, specifically on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5. Here is what the press release says about the upcoming launch:

“NACON and Spiders are pleased to announce that pre-orders for the narrative RPG GreedFall: The Dying World are now open, alongside the release of a new trailer. The game will launch on March 10, 2026, on PC via Steam, followed by a console release on March 12, 2026, on PlayStation®5 and Xbox Series X|S.

Players who pre-order the digital version of GreedFall: The Dying World, whether the Standard or Deluxe Edition, will receive a cosmetic pack featuring exclusive outfits for the protagonist and their companions. The pack includes the Merchant Congregation outfit and the Naut outfit, representing two familiar factions from the original GreedFall, with designs that reflect their history, culture, and iconic identity.

In GreedFall: The Dying World, players are immersed in a world torn by war and political intrigue, where they play as a native of Teer Fradee, torn from their island, who must fight for their freedom. Faithful to the RPG DNA of the first GreedFall, this new entry invites players to forge their own destiny through the choices they face, the way they approach each situation and quest, but also through the relationships they build with their companions, who can become brothers-in-arms, rivals, friends… or even soulmates. Every decision shapes the fate of your journey and contributes to making your adventure a truly unique story.

Greedfall II: The Dying World’s Deluxe Edition contains the full game, a new quest that offers an extra hour and a half of content, the soundtrack, artbook, and exclusive cosmetics. Personally, whether you’re pre-ordering or not, I think there is a lot to enjoy just from what the description of the main game offers. I’m not fond of the fact that they’re hiding extra quest content behind the Deluxe Edition, but it looks like Greedfall fans have a lot to look forward to regardless.
