Fanatical’s 1500th Bundle Is One Of Its Best Yet

The swelling of my Steam library is largely due in part to collecting ultra-cheap bundles over the course of a decade. Whether it was Humble Bundle, IndieGala, or Bundle Stars (now Fanatical), I would regularly drop a few bucks on several games at a heavy discount, even if I was only interested in one of the games in the bundle. In the process, I’ve discovered tons of games I never would have thought twice about, like Sayonara Wild Hearts and The Ascent. Fanatical’s success in this market has resulted in one of its most recent bundles being number 1500, and by no coincidence, this Killer bundle is chock-full of outstanding offerings.

As part of their BundleFestive event, Fanatical’s Killer Bundle showcases twenty games, allowing you to get into the action with five games for just $1.15 each. Standouts within this bundle are plentiful; the first one that caught my eye was Gori: Cuddly Carnage, which retails for $21.99 and sits at a 96% overwhelmingly positive standing on Steam. Another headliner is Chernobylite: Premium Edition, a $29.99 game I positively loved and scored a 9.5. With just those two, you’re already saving more than 95% off what these games usually go for, and even on sale, edging them out of their historical low prices.

In my personal purchase within the Killer Bundle on Fanatical, I went with Gori, as well as the roguelite Gatekeeper which just released in August, Reignbreaker due to it wearing its Hades inspiration on its sleeves, Webbed thanks to its art style and physics mechanics, and Strange Brigade due to my fascination with anything developer Rebellion puts out, especially if it has a Left 4 Dead influence. You really can’t go wrong with this bundle, though, as other highlights include Zombie Army 4: Dead War, Evil Genius 2, and Bang on Balls: Chronicles.
